OS1515 opened it's doors to the public during the summer of 2025. The highly anticipated mixed use commercial development, designed by MP Design Group, features over 31,000 square feet of commercial space including retail, private residential, and a food hall. The outdoor courtyard area offers event space, outdoor seating and seamless pedestrian movement throughout the development. The new 3 story parking garage provides Ocean Springs 224 new parking spaces over the 78,000 sf of parking deck.
