SUMMARY
MP designed the upgrades to the Jerry St. Pe’ Highway access road for Ingalls Shipbuilding to included the design of adjacent parking lots, perimiter fencing, utilities, drainage, and lighting.
The project included a 28' wide by 6'' thick asphalt over 12'' stone aggregate circulation road, drives and access points and over 1,100 gravel car parking lots.
