SUMMARY
MP provided the MEP design services for Magnolia Grille restaurant located in Columbia, MS.
The Magnolia grille is a 15,000 sq. ft. restaurant featuring a commercial kitchen, private and public dining, a full bar, a 195 seat banquet hall, buffet room and interior courtyard.
The facility utilized package DX units to provide cooling and heating to the spaces. The plumbing incorporated a grease containment system for the kitchen, multiple gang restrooms, and kitchen and bar fixtures.
