SUMMARY
MP Design Group partnered with AnderCorp to renovate the existing warehouse, Shed 53 at the Port of Gulfport into the new headquarter facility for Ocean Aero.
The warehouse has a total area of approximately 66,000 square feet, which includes the open main portion of the building, a shipping and receiving enclosed dock, as well as a railcar shipping a receiving loading platform on the exterior of the west side of the warehouse.
