In order to support the casinos 500 room hotel and approximately 100,000sf of gaming and entertainment space, the site required an additional 1200 surface parking spaces.

SUMMARY
MP provided all MEP, & Civil/Site Engineering for the Scarlet
Pearl Casino Resort located in D'Iberville, MS. In order to support
the 500 room hotel, 100,000 square feet of gaming space, and
amenities the site required approximately 1,200 additional surface
parking spaces.
MP provided the topographic survey, parking lot layout, grading,
drainage, pavement section design, site lighting & striping plan.
M|P also designed and oversaw the removal and remediation of
approximately 50,000 cubic yards of unsuitable soils in order to
establish sub-grade.
