OS 1515 commercial development in Ocean Springs cuts ribbon for official Grand Opening

November 13, 2025: The highly anticipated mixed-use commercial development, OS 1515, in downtown Ocean Springs, MS cut the ribbon today for the official Grand Opening. The development, designed by MP Design Group, provides an abundance of new offerings for Ocean Springs including a 224 space, 3-story parking garage. The 30,000sf of mixed-use commercial space includes retail shops, a day spa, CRAVE Food Hall, and 13,000sf of upscale condominiums. Centered between the commercial space and the parking garage is a large courtyard and outdoor event space that provides seamless pedestrian movement throughout the entire development.
