Harrison County Board of Supervisors celebrate Ribbon Cutting of new IDDS cuts ribbon for official Grand Opening

October 22, 2025: The Harrison County Board of Supervisors, partnered with Pine Belt Mental Healthcare, cut the ribbon on the new Intellectual Disabilities Center on Wednesday morning. The new facilities will offer multiple communal spaces along with an outdoor picnic area and splash pad. Pictures from the ribbon cutting can be viewed in the gallery below.
