SUMMARY
MP designed the new Gulfport Fire Station #9. The 15,000 sq ft facility is located on Dedeaux Rd. in Gulfport, MS. MP performed
all facets of the design including Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineering Services and Construction Administration.
The Scope of work consisted of Program Development and Projected Construction Cost Estimate. MP conducted preliminary design meetings with the City staff to determine needs. A written program was developed along with a projected cost estimate, Schematic Design and Development. MP prepared a schematic design based on the preliminary program. MP prepared detailed construction drawings including but not limited to topographic survey, boundary survey, demolition plan, layout plan, site grading and drainage plan, floor plans and schedules, exterior sections and elevations, structural design, structural details, framing details, detailed electrical, mechanical, HVAC design.
