  • Lead the development and coordination of front-end specifications (Divisions 00 & 01), ensuring alignment with project scope, contractual requirements, and overall delivery strategy

  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 10+ years of project management experience on either the A/E or CM/GC side, or a combination of both

  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects through design and/or construction phases

  • Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams and projects

  • Strong track record managing budgets, schedules, and project risk

  • Experience serving as a primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders

  • Ability to lead meetings, make decisions, and drive results with minimal oversight

  • Construction administration experience (RFIs, submittals, change orders, field coordination)

  • Familiarity with permitting and regulatory processes

  • Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM; PE or AIA is a plus
